Our bodies inherently know what they need to heal and feel their best. The key is learning to listen.
As a Certified Health Coach, I'm trained to guide and support you in your personal journey to reclaim your health and find balance. We're all unique beings, and that's what's so wonderful! But it also means there's no one-size-fits-all path to wellness.
I'm here to prove living a happy and healthy lifestyle doesn't have to be hard or complicated.
The key is making it work for your body, your needs, and your way of life.
We're all busy (beyond busy!), but there are easy ways to implement positive change in your life. And once you start developing those habits, putting your health first starts to become second nature - especially when you see results!
Health coaching is a partnership, and we'll collaborate to figure out what works best for you.
I don't advocate any one diet. I actually hate the word! Eating whole and living well is not about deprivation. We each have specific needs, and following strict guidelines simply doesn't work. What works for your mother, brother, spouse, or best friend may not work for you. And that's okay! Don't feel discouraged. Together, we'll work through your health concerns, and I'll help you implement an action plan tailored specifically to you.
It's important to remember too that health is bigger than eating your vegetables. In our sessions, we'll also talk about managing stress levels and balancing your relationships, family life, and career goals. You'll see that when you nourish your body and truly listen to what it's saying, confidence will abound, and you'll start living a life filled with value and purpose.
How do I know all of this? I've been where you are now, and I get it. Through my own personal struggles with weight, body image, and digestive distress, coupled with my training as a Health Coach, I have the knowledge and the tools to help transform your life in every way possible.
