As a Health Coach, I strive to teach people how to eat well and nourish their bodies. Part of that is teaching how to cook food that might otherwise seem intimidating. New ingredients can be scary! I have to admit, the first time I cooked quinoa, or even kale, I had no idea what I was doing. And even if you’re a seasoned cook, there’s always something new to learn to make healthy cooking an everyday aspect of your life.
Classes are by demonstration and generally conducted in the client’s home. It's my opinion that the best place to learn is in your own kitchen, using your own equipment. This way you’ll be completely comfortable and able to recreate each dish again and again.
All menus are customized - designed to suit your tastes, dietary requirements, kitchen equipment, and skill level. Each class lasts between 2-3 hours, and we cook 3-4 seasonal dishes. I’ll provide you with electronic copies of the recipes at the end of class.
Classes are generally conducted in Fairfield County, CT + NY Metro Area.
