I truly believe that health begins in the kitchen. It's the heart of the home.

As a Health Coach, I strive to teach people how to eat well and nourish their bodies. Part of that is teaching how to cook food that might otherwise seem intimidating and overwhelming. New ingredients can be scary! I have to admit, the first time I cooked quinoa, or even kale, I had no idea what I was doing.

Leota Melinda cooking classes are demonstration based and can be booked à la carte or as a supplement to my coaching programs. The menus are generally customizable and tend to use seasonal ingredients. Each class lasts between 2-3 hours and is usually conducted in the client's home. I also welcome group cooking classes. The more the merrier!

Believe me - I understand that busy schedules and work commitments get in the way of healthy eating. That's why I also offer meal prep services! I cook for any dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, paleo, etc.) and will review menu options with you in advance.
